Parents and Guardians

Please complete the application form below for each child you want to register to attend Our Lady of the Angels. Families registered in Holy Trinity and St. Peter’s parishes will receive a scholarship of $150 per student in K3 thru eighth grade. In order for us to hold a place for your child/ren the following must be in place:

  1. A completed application form
  2. The registration fee and stationery fee paid
  3. Students who are transferring from another school must contact the admissions office before registration

FACTS Account

All families will need to sign up for a FACTS account to pay tuition, lunch, Angel Care and apply for the Neumann Scholarship. The largest source of financial assistance for our parents is the Neumann Scholarship, which is funded by Pennsylvania’s Education Income Tax Credit (EITC). The scholarship application link is the same as the tuition accounts. The deadline for submitting the Neumann Scholarship application is April 15th.

Neumann Scholarship Information

The Diocese of Harrisburg, in response to the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Law (EITC), created the Neumann Scholarship Foundation. The ElTC progam provides tax credits to businesses that contribute to qualified scholarship organizations. The Neumann Scholarship Foundation has been approved by the State of Pennsylvania as a qualified scholarship organization. All scholarships offered by the Foundation are provided in accord with the laws governing this program.

School Support Scholarship

The School Support Scholarship is financed with monies earned through the sale of Gift Cards, OLA Scrip Program and Musser’s Market Gold cards. Gift Cards for stores, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations may be purchased at the school office or parish office. Log on to Shop with Scrip to see a complete list of gift cards available.

To utilize the Musser’s Gold Card program, go to www.mussersmarket.com/community-rewards/ and register your Gold Card. The deadline for this scholarship is May 1st.

Tuition Rates

Tuition is paid through FACTS Tuition Management Program. Families have the option to schedule monthly, semi-annually or scheduled full payment. A registration fee of $100 and a stationery fee of $35 for each student is to be paid with your completed application form.

PRE-K PROGRAMS (Classroom A, B and C) $2500

K3 students attend 5 days per week full or half day K4 students attend the full day program, 5 days per week

K5 (Kindergarten through Grade 8) July 1- June 15

1 CHILD – $3200

2 CHILDREN – $5260

3 CHILDREN OR MORE –  $6865

THOSE WITH GENUINE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES PLEASE CONSULT WITH THEIR PASTOR. FINANCIAL PROBLEMS WILL NEVER BE AN ACCEPTED REASON WHY OUR PARISHIONERS’ CHILDREN ARE NOT IN OUR SCHOOL.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance will not be considered until registration to Our Lady of the Angels School is completed in full and all materials and registration fees have been received.

Refer A Friend

Each year, your family can receive a $200 tuition credit for referring one new family to Our Lady of the Angels. To qualify, referrals must be acknowledged during the application process and referenced on your registration form. All students must meet standard enrollment criteria. The new student(s) must remain enrolled for on full marking period (i.e., trimester). If a referred student begins at the start of the school year, credit will be applied to the referral family in the second trimester. If a referred student starts any time between the start of the school year and the end of December, credit will be applied to the referral family in the third trimester. Only one credit will be given per family per school year. The new family’s oldest child must be in first grade or higher. Referral credits will apply to the K3, K4 or K5 programs if student(s) enroll in first grade. The principal will grant the final approval for all referral credits.

Transfer Tuition Grant

Starting June 1, 2019, any qualified public or private school student who transfers into 3rd through 8th grade will receive a Transfer Tuition Grant.

2019-2020 Middle School Students in 6th, 7th and 8th will receive a 1 time 1 year $1000.00 tuition reduction grant.  May be applied when the following qualifications are met.  These students must be enrolled by October 1st and will only be offered for the 2019-2020 school year.

Parents must submit a completed application form along with last year’s (depending on time of year) report card with attendance, PSSA scores, disciplinary reports, immunization records, and when applicable IEP or Educational Plan.

Applications will be considered when the $100 registration fee and $35 stationery fee have been paid.

Qualifications

Students who are accepted for entrance into Our Lady of the Angels Catholic School in 3rd through 8th grade and thus are transferring from another school in the region (i.e. counties included in the boundaries of the Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg), are eligible to receive a triennially tuition reduction. The full program guidelines are below:

1. The Tuition Transfer Grant applies only to students entering 3rd through 8th grade who transfer from:
– Any other school in the region
– Homeschool

2. Transfer students must be accepted by the School and enroll before October 1, 2019 to be eligible for the Tuition Transfer Grant for the 2019-2020 school year.

3. In the first year of enrollment, families eligible for the Tuition Transfer Grant would receive:
– $500 tuition reduction.

4. In their second year of enrollment families eligible for the Tuition Transfer Grant would receive:

– $750 tuition reduction.

5. In their third year of enrollment families eligible for the Tuition Transfer Grant would receive:

– $1000 tuition reduction.

6. The Tuition Transfer Grant will accrue and be applied in equal monthly increments from October 1, 2019 to June 1, 2020 for students who remain enrolled and current with tuition payments. If tuition is more than two months’ delinquent this grant will be revoked immediately This grants apply only to tuition charges for eligible, currently enrolled students at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic School and are not transferable nor redeemable in cash.
